Refund Policy
In short: self-service plans start with a 7-day trial (card required) that converts to a paid monthly subscription unless you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges at the end of the current period; it is not a refund. Charges are generally non-refundable except where the law requires, for billing errors, or at our or our payment provider's discretion.

1.Overview
GCReq365 subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment provider, which is identified at checkout and on your receipt and processes approved refunds. This policy explains how trials, cancellations and refunds work, and forms part of our Terms of Service.
Where the payment provider acts as reseller or Merchant of Record, your purchase is also subject to its buyer terms, which are presented at checkout. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract.
2.7-day trial and automatic conversion
Self-service plans (currently Starter, Growth and Pro) may offer a 7-day introductory trial to eligible new businesses. A payment method is required to start the trial, and our payment provider may verify it at that time. The subscription fee is not charged during the trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically when the trial ends: your payment method is charged the chosen plan's monthly price plus applicable taxes, and the subscription then renews monthly until canceled. The Billing page in GCReq365 shows when the trial ends and when the first charge is scheduled.
If you do not want to be charged, cancel before the trial ends. A charge that occurs because a trial converted as described is not, by itself, a reason for a refund, but you can still contact us as described below.
3.Cancellation is not a refund
Cancelling stops future charges. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period or, during a trial, when the trial ends. You keep access until then and are not charged again.
A refund returns money for a charge that has already been made. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund the current or any earlier billing period.
4.How to cancel
A workspace owner can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing in GCReq365, which opens our payment provider's secure billing portal. If you cannot access the portal, email support@gcreq365.com from the account's email address and we will help. Once a cancellation is scheduled, the Billing page shows the date your access ends.
5.When charges are refundable
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, unused plan capacity, or periods in which the Service was not used. We do not provide prorated refunds when you cancel partway through a billing period.
Refunds may be provided:
- where required by applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection law;
- for duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges, as described below; or
- at our or our payment provider's discretion in other circumstances, for example a significant service problem that we could not resolve. A refund given in one case does not create an obligation to give refunds in other cases.
6.Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, charged after a cancellation took effect, or charged without authorization, contact us at support@gcreq365.com as soon as possible (you may also contact the payment provider's buyer support named on your receipt). We will review the charge with the payment provider, and if it was made in error, the erroneous amount will be refunded or corrected through the payment provider.
We encourage you to contact us or the payment provider before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, as this is usually the fastest way to resolve a billing error. Your rights with your bank or card issuer are not affected.
7.Plan changes
After a trial has converted to a paid subscription, plan changes take effect immediately, and our payment provider calculates a prorated charge or credit for the rest of the current billing period. This proration is how plan changes are settled, not a refund.
8.Enterprise plans
Enterprise plans are quote-based. Billing, cancellation and refund terms for an Enterprise plan are those set out in its written order or agreement; where that agreement is silent, this policy applies.
9.Mandatory consumer rights
GCReq365 is intended for business use. However, if you are entitled to rights under consumer-protection law in your country — for example a statutory right to withdraw from or cancel a purchase within a certain period — nothing in this policy limits those rights. Where a payment provider acts as Merchant of Record, it may process refunds required by those laws.
10.The payment provider's role
Approved refunds are processed through the third-party payment provider that processed your payment, generally back to the original payment method; the timing of the funds reaching you depends on that provider and your bank or card issuer. Where the provider acts as reseller or Merchant of Record, it may also review refund requests under its own buyer terms. Where this policy provides for a refund, we will arrange it through the payment provider. Your payment receipt explains how to contact the provider about an order.
11.How to request a refund
Email support@gcreq365.com (or contact the payment provider's buyer support named on your receipt). Whichever you use, include:
- the email address of the GCReq365 account and your company name;
- the order or receipt number from your payment receipt and the date and amount of the charge; and
- the reason for the request.
Never send full card numbers or other payment credentials by email. If you email us, we will review your request, work with the payment provider where needed, and reply by email.
12.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “last updated” date above. Changes do not affect charges made before the change. Questions: support@gcreq365.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
